Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi All,

If we send the copy of charge-sheet and FIR to US embassy, what kind of action do they take?.

The person is on H1B visa and in charge-sheet they have filed him as an absconding accuse, will there be an immediate response over that in embassy? kindly reply me for the above query.

1) First get the warrant issued by the Indian Court to be served through Indian Embassy in US.

2) Also read the comprehensive guidelines issued by Legal Cell, Internal security Division, Ministry of Home Affairs vide their Ref. No. 25016/17/2007 on service of summons/notices/judicial process on persons residing abroad.
