How much amount to be fixed by a family court as permanent alimony at the time of legal seperation, given by the salareid class husband receiving almost 60,000/ per month. what is the formula ?

Different criteria are taken into account. Since alimony is a one time lump sum amount, the court also see whether the husband is in a position to pay that. But maintenance is different. Generally, one third of the salary is granted. In certain situation, that can be up to 50%. Contact for detail.
