Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi Am from Andhrapradesh India,hindu, widowed( no children) in 2007,my husband worked in RTC department , i received all benefits from the department post my husbands death ( in a road accident)in 2007.My husband dont have brothers/sisters,except a single mother.Since there were some disturbances between me and mother in law we separated post my my husbands death. Recently i remarried in 2012,and kindly advice me is she eligible to get the benefit , which was received earlier before my remarriage.expecting a solutions on the same. Thank u.
