Legal Question in Family Law in India

Thank you anuradha dixit mam, you had just answered my doubt regarding physical relation. but can i file a case against her for cheating me and giving me mental trauma. i'm devastated mam and i lost my dignity and sufferd a lot . it was she who initiated physical relation with me.its something like i have been raped by a girl.is there any law in india for greived person like me. i need justice mam

unfortunately no. if you file one complaint she will also file cases against you which may get you involved in criminal litigation. If possible you can go for counselling and try and save the relationship. but if that fails move on in life leaving the bitterness behind.
