Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

AoA i am a Govt officer and fighting for the custody of my 5 year old child in Guardian court after the marriage of my Ex-wife.Please tell me how can i prove in the court that child is not residing with the mother which is a fact.

my second issue is that Mother has give power of attorney to his father which i am sure is not signed by her as his father does not want to be in stressed during his pregnancy of second marriage.how can i prove that she doesnot know even that case for custody is filed.she never signed any notices till to date.

Please help me as i am very much stressed . My son is also not having good health by birth . Step father never appeared in the court.Its only the father of my Ex wife who have been coming to courts since child visitation case during which serving of 2x sec 100 notices and 2 x session court applications for not bringing the child were served.

Get visitation rights or file Writ of Habeas Corpus.. Get the Statement of wife recorded in the court... You can also get warrants of child issued to be brought to court.. For more do consult at [email protected]
