Aoa. Hope u fine. My question about recovery of bridal gift. My ex husband file suit against me for bridal gifts(gold, money and cloths etc) and said they have prov of audio recording which I accepted I have all. I want to know what happened now?is court accept this type of proves like recording r msgs?may b they make fake proves because they r v cruel family they beated me and kicked out from home many times and they also have all dowery.please reply me asap

First of all you should file a case recovery of dowry articles, dower etc. and then let them file a case for recovery of gifts. and let the, present the evidence.
The Good news for you is this, if they claim it as gift then can never take it back. as Gift once given then it can not be taken back.
