Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Aoa i got married in 2009 in 2010 my mother bring me back home through court case named HABS-E-BEJA after tht my husband killed my elder brother nd ran away to dubai now in 2016 he came back nd after the help of RANA SANA-ULLAH (law minister) they are free from this case. i hv 2 kids 1 girl nd 1 boy ages 7 yr girl nd 6 yr boy now he remarried to another girl on date 28/9/2016 nd divorced me on same date i filed a case before that named KHARCH KA DAWA. Now my question is that can he take custody of my kids from me as i don't wana get remarry. I just want that he gave KHARCHA of my kids. Can i bring my kids with me till they turn 18 years or he claim their custody. And whta will b the court's decession. Plz answer ASAP.

Ws.. sad story.. He can get the son if he turns 7 and girl when she reaches Islamic age of puberty.. You must claim their maintenance asap.. [email protected]
