Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Aoa, I have a question. I divorced my wife 4 years back and my only son is with my ex-wife since birth. Now, I have adopted a child (baby girl) from one known couple of our relatives who live in Faisalabad. I am living in Lahore with child. I want to make her b form with my name as father. What I have to do for this?

In NADRA record, my status shown is divorced with a baby boy and no second marriage.

How can I make it possible to put the name of my adopted child in nadra record and mention her as my daughter? I don�t have her birth certificate and court documents for guardianship?

You can adopt this baby legally from child protection court. It's new law in Pakistan. And after that you can make passport and other documents with your name as parent. Contact us. 03110476430
