AOA, Respectable Lawyer, meri wife nay khula li hai mujh si ,mere 2 beaty hain 8 and 6 years old she is bad character afssos si kehna pr raha hai, mere pas undeniable deviance bhi hain, apnay office boss k saath , can some one advise me what i do as my parents are died (Allah un ko janat naseeb karay)...kia mughe os ko bachay day deny chaye ya nahi ? coz sub kehtay hain maa tou maa he hai jesay bhi ho? ya kia jo maa apna aap ki hifazat na kr saki vo mere bachoun ki kis tarh tarbeat karay gi??? plz guide me what i do thanks

dear its true about the right of mother but here is question about the welfare of kids so you must take your kids with you and if she claims then you must defend with prove that she is not in position to look after the kids in court .
