aoa sir agr ek husband ap ko divorce dyna chahta ho per agr wo conjugal rights k case kr dye or us m gold ka kehy k sara meri wife ly gae hy .to kya ic case k zareeye wo kud k gold k liy safe kr rha hy. taky agy ja kr easily divorce dy saky or court k nazar m clear ho jye?

Dear this is mere allegation and nothing else.it has no veracity in law nor it is admissible in law. husband has to prove in court how and when wife took gold and husband has to prove the motive for such act of wife.
