Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Aoa sir my husband divorced me 5 months back and kept my kids with him. He is living in Muscat with the kids and his second wife. He is not letting me contact the kids and says I have no rights to see the kids anymore. How can Pakistan law courts help me in this case when I am here in Pakistan and want to file case for child custody against my husband while he lives in Muscat.

Hi Hope you doing well.

You can file a writ petition in High Court and court will recover your children and give custody to you. Its best and speedy remedy and Pakistani embassy in Muscat will handover the children in Pakistan. I have vast experience in theses type of cases. We will satisfy you.
