aoa sir meri 3 saal phly shadi hoi thi ab mri ek 2 saal ki beti hy or m 5th month k pregnent b hu. mery husband mjh mri ami k trf hi maar kr chor gye hain or kehty hain legal notice m jo un k lawyer k trf se aya hy k m sara zewar ly ai hu or mjh py ilzam b lgye hain .hum contact krty hain to jawab n dy rhy or logo ko kehty hain k yh ab na mehram hy mery liye to ab m ic se bat n kr sakta hu or yh farig hy meri trf se bacha paida hony k baad jhan chahye shadi kr sakti hy m icy talaq dy chuka hu yh jb chahye adalat se ly sakti hy bachy k karchy k bary m kuh n kehty. per mjh ab tk koi written talaq deliver n hoi un k trf se. to kya mjh talaq ho gee?agr ho gee hy to kya ek hoi hy 2 ya 3?ic bary m mjh guide kr dye or m agy legal ways k use kr sakti hu apny or apny bachoo k liye?

Ap k message sy lagta ha k Talaq nahi hui. Vesy b Union Council ko koi notice nahi dia gya so no Talaq.
Ap ko jo Legal Notice bheja gya ha, usko parhay baghair us k bary ma koi appropriate jawab nahi dia ja sakta. Agr ap email kr dain to koi opinion dia ja skta hai.
Ap k pass ikhtyar ha k ap apny aur apny bachon k Nan-o-Nafqa ka case file kr sakti hain. Husband ki legal duty ha k wo wife aur bachon ko monthly kharcha dy. Court is bary ma order kr dy gi.
Dear,i advice you to file petition for maintenance allowance for your kids and yourself.
untill you do not recieve talaq in writting you should not go to court for dissolution of your marriage. when he send you talaq in writting then you can claim the stipulated amount written in nikahnama.
