Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
AOA, my son is 2.5 years old, i used to take him to the court for meeting with his father one hour two times in month, his father put up case to get extend of visitation rights, court has ordered to take his son for four hours outside court and drop back to court, my concern is that, my child's behavior development and mental growth is at risk, as father is poisoning little one about his mother, is there any law under which child's meeting can be limited to court
