Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

AOA, My wife left me and after a couple of months I contacted union council for divorce. They issued letter to both parties and my wife did not appeared in any of the said date. Finally after 3rd notice I divorced her and got the certificate. I had and one and half year daughter which is with her. There is no response from them when I contacted them for daughter through some relative. My question is that is it possible that my ex-wife could file a case for maintenance expenses of daughter after 4 or 5 years or even more and claim huge expenses? How the expenses are decided? My wife is doing job and she has enough property as well. I am getting pay of around 60,000. Please help me.

yes, she can file maintenance case . expense would be adjusted through presentation of evidence in respect of actual expenditure keeping in view the routine expenditure of kids nd ur salary too..
