Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

I have a condition of monthy maintenence of Rs.7000 per month in case of dispute. I am now in a dispute with my wife and the relationship seems to be ending. I have a daughter aged three years.

My questions are:

Should i pay the amount of 7000 per en month to wife after divorce?

What about the maintenance of child? I should pay separetly or it will be in 7000.
