Aoa.mery chcha chchi ne meri sister(abnormal child) ko at the time of birth adopt krliya tha unki koi oulad nae thi.chchi meri khala bhi thin,unkey inteqal k bad chcha ne kaha me dosri shadi sirf is bchi ki dykh bhaal k liye kronga,mgr shadi k 6 months bad hi meri behn ko ajeb ghareb madicn khila kr beemar krdia wo hospitalize hui then merey parents ne kaha k jub kt iski tbyt behtr nae hojati isko hum rakh rahy hen.is bat ko 4 saal ho gaye chchi usko rakhny ko tayyar nae hai ,is sorat-e-hal me qanoni rehmunai kren,,jazak allah

There is no law to force as the daughter is belongs to your family and real parents are bound to care.

your parents have full rights to take care of the child and custody as well. as in this situation no legal procedure of guardianship was adopted, so situation remains as mentioned above. you can call to discuss the matter further at 0323 4638149
