Aoa,mujhy mere husband ne divorce ker dia hai,mein yeh poochna chati hun k jo gifts (gold sets,clothes)hum ne susral walo ko dia tha,kia in cheezo ka claim mein ker sakti hun,

Gifts once given can not be taken back , you can not claim the same now if those were gifts.

you may claim your dowry and gifts given to you by your parents or by your husband or his family.
