Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am from AP ..i want to know that according to GRUHA HIMSA CHATTAM even if the boy doesn't do any mistake and a complaint is recorded on their family by girl what are the consequences.....

this problem is in my aunts home.they all are well respected and good people,i am not saying as it is my aunts family. Her son's marriage was held on last year february exactly one year.both my aunts son and his wife are living in pune as he is working there as software engineer. He also gave her permission to study after marriage also. They visit home only on festivals, at that time also my aunt won't say any work to her even though she is suffering from illness from four years. In pune also the girl won't cook food she asks her husband to cook or to get food from hotel daily. This is going from one year and she wants money to spend alot. As i obsorved she is a good person but her mother and sister are making her to behave in wrong direction. For even small reasons they are fighting with him and his family members. My aunts daughter is with her husband, she is very kind to everyone. On last month my aunts daughter-in-law scolded her husband badly as he got angry he just pushed her away,by this reason she gone to her maternal home complaining that her husband,mother-in-law,father-in-law are beating her daily. Now she gave a complaint on my aunt's family and even on my my aunts daughter and her husband that everybody are beating her to bring money from her home using GRUHA HIMSA ACT.It's totally wrong my aunt and her daughter are not interfering on their matters.I am feared about my aunt as she suffering from illness and her daughter. Please help me how can we get their family from this case as it is illegally filed on them.please help to find a way.

Now the case has to be fought on merit in the court. If the allegations are fake, the complaint will be dismissed. Meanwhile, you may file a quash petition in High court u/s 482 CrPC. Further suggestion can be given after seeing the complaint. Where the complaint was lodged?
