Hi, i have appeal divorce to my husband and court hirings are in progress. But i dont want divorce from him so plz tell me what are legal proceedings are to taken for withdrawal of case.

1) What all u want to convey, place before the same court where the case is appealed.

2) Inform ur lawyer who will present at an appropriate time in the hearing or file seperate IA.

If you have filed for divorce and you want to withdraw it, you can ask for mediation. Go to the mediator and express your intentions and based on the mediator report the next course will be decided.
