if an appeal is made against a decree of divorce granted by family court and no stay is taken .can the husbnd marry stating that he did not receive the notice of high court.the appeal had been made within 90 days.the husband was avoiding the notice.

Dear client u can show this fact ti high court that husband is purposefully avoiding notice and also pray to declare his second marriage null and void. Call me for proper discussion
