i have applied divorce against my husband. I have a 3 years old baby. Now i am working on a private concern and got Rs. 30000/- salary per month. My husband is a government employee got 40000/- per month and he lives in his own house. I am staying in a rental house and i have to pay for vehicle loan, LIC for me and my child and also my son have some health issues. Shall i get alimony for me and child ? or only for child?

You will get maintenance on behalf of your children because the it is the premise f law of maintenance that where both husband and wife are earning, they have to equally contribute towards the maintenance of child.
