when can we apply for mutual concern divorce. I and my child live seperately for more than 6 years. Can I apply for divorce. As we no need of any compensation. Is it possible to get divorce easily?

If both the parties are agreeable, mutual consent divorce is decided within 7 - 8 months. You can make an application at any time from now onwards.

If both the parties are ready can apply for mutual divorce which usually gets decided within 6-7 months.
