Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am applying for a mutual conscent divorce and there is a term in the Divorce that if I get remarried, the custody of my 7 year old daughter would go to her father. But as her father is not well settled and not earning well and still dependend on his parents, can this be a point on which I can retain my daughter's custody even after I remarry ??

Dear client if in future her parents not maintain her properly and unable to good life then u can claim custody return.
