Legal Question in Family Law in India
I had a arranged marriage 8 month back and wife is not willing to live with me and went to her dad's place before 5 months. We hardly lived together for 40-50 split days.
Her parents gifted us house hold utencils (total appx one lac) as i was living as a bachelor then. Other than that she never keeps anything in my house like her certificate, her jwells etc, She left for her brothers love marriage with all her belongings and never came.
As am expecting divorce now, how should i avoid false claims like 1) she left jwels/certificate or other things in my house.
- is there any legal measures / evidence that i could do?
If she says such things - does she have to prove that she kept jwells in my place OR / i have to prove that she did not leave it in my house.
is it good to talk with common relatives and get it written by them that we don have any of their earnings.
