Legal Question in Family Law in India

arrest warrant has been issued by the lower court against husband in 498a against which he applied to high court. Now wife is not in position to fight the case in high court due to less fund.

Can she apply separately in DV to provide legal cost of every case by husband to wife and restrain husband from going to higher court until he pays the legal cost.
