Asalam alikum sir, itx very please reply me asap, my sister got married 8 yearx back, she has one son who is 7 yearx old. My sister came back to parents home after few mnths of mfarriage because his husbnd use to beat her during pragnacy and face very hard times, than when his son waz born his father came to visit hospital just once, my sister came bk to paremnts home and tried to solve issues but i t took 7 yearx nd he never came to c his son even, my sister is a doctor in a v reputd hospital. She earnd and paid all the expenses of her child. 2 yearx bk she askd his husbnd that tell me clearly tha do u want to live with meor not because our child is now 5 years old and he adoesnt reconize u. His husbnd replied that you should file khula I dont want to stay with this relation. My sister filed khula but he didnt attended any hiring. Its been more than one year khula ix nt been done, now he filed suit for child custody and torching us with irrelvant cases. Our lawyer cheated us and be with them and made our case really weak. Please guide us now what should we do

Dear, your sister has right to take her marriage dissolved through the decree of the court legally called KHULA, and your sister has also right to claim all the expenses the past 7 years and claim monthly allowances and claim custody of minor child.
