meri shadi 1 bewah say howi hai us ki 1 beti bi hai jis ki age 4 year hai jo hmari shadi ke kuch time badh us bachi ke taya ne zabardasti wapis le li phis hum ne 491 ke tehet bachi ko wapis mother ke pas le aye mgr us ke taya ne dobara custody ki application court main ki kya us ka taya mother say bachi ko le sakta hai jabkeh us bachi ke father hai or na dada dadi hainis prob ke bary main legaly guide krain please.thanks
