jo b zulm kea un k photoes moojood ain mery pas aur jab mjhy mar k ghar sy nikal dea tou phr patchup k lea aye jab mery husband aur un ki family to hum ne recording ki unki baton ki jis mai unho ne khud qubool kea k unho ne mjh pa bohat mazalim kea hain
mera aik beta hai aur mai ab cahti hon k mjhy wo talaq day de
wo mjh sy beta mang rhy hain jo mai nhi dena chahti aur wo talak nhi dain gy mjhy wasy hum loag lahore say hain aur wo waziristan say wo is bachy ko khaam krna chahty hain is bachy ka kharcha aj tak nhi dea us ne ap plz btaen k mai kya kron/

Dear, you can file a suite for dissolution of marriage on the basis of khula, you can seek maintainance allownce of your child. you can also ask for the grant of custody by the court whereby father of the child shall be bound not to deprive you from the custody of the child.
