Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Assalamoalaikum respectable sir, I want to know about

child custody law. I have divorced my wife one year

before and taken my 4 children with me aged

(9Girl,8Boy,6B,4G) she get married with an other person

and I married her sister (children's khala) she is also my

first cousin . due to family issue we shifted Rawalpindi

and living happy life with children and no contact with

family. children hate their mother. my question is 1. is

there any need of custody of children. 2. how can I get

info that they had not any case against me. 3. children's

will can give any advantage if any case filed.

Is there any time frame for filing a case.

Dear,if any such case will be filed u ll receive summons duly issued by the court where the case is filed. will of minors can be advantageous and favourable to u.u need not to file case for custody as the minors are already with u. there is no time limitation for filing case for custody of minors.
