Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

Assalamu alaikum...I had married in 2015 and my wife left me after 3 months of marriage.. From then she kept no contact with me or my family.later she went Saudi Arabia for job without contacting or any consent of me or my family...it has been 3 years we have no contact although my several attempt of contacting and bringing her back but in vain...her mother said she will not back to me but didn't give me divorce...Now I want divorce...what should I do?

You may go to your nearest Kazi Office (Muslim Marriage Registers Office) and stating the reasons as u stated above for divorcing your wife, proceeds for divorce, which will be effective after 03 months from the date of divorce.
