Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

Assalamualaikum, I'm 32yrs old muslim guy. I have a child who is 3 and half yrs old. My wife and me both are decided to get divorce without any condition. My wife do not want take our child forever. She do not want any amount of money also. Is it possible and what should we do now?

Walaikum assalam. Both of you can be seperated by mutual divorce. It is permissible in law. Take the assistance of a lawyer to complete the ptocedure.
