Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am an Australian PR . I currently live in India. If my wife who is also an Australian PR ( currently in India)files a fake 498a/ Dv case against me will I be prevented from Travelling to Australia. I am planning to fly in the next 3 months.

It depends. Suppose the FIR is registered against you, then while releasing you on bail the Court may direct you to surrender your passport. But, let the situation under control before that. For more help you may contact me,
