my name is b himabindu
my marriage at the age of 15 years with my relatives.
after 6years of marraige my husband met with an major accident and now also he is alive and completely bedridden from 8 years.
i had 2 children aged 14y girl & 11 Y Boy
my question is from the marraige i am facing problems with my husband and mother in law.
from 3 years i am living seperatly with my children by doing job. i dont have any financial support except my job.
my husband family is a big family.
i need to seperate completly with my husband family.
is it possible as per law.
please let me know.
i want to live my life peacefully and happily with my children.

1) Yes. U may file Divorce petition. If they also agree file MCD.
