Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

Hi! I am from Bangladesh. My sister is divorced with a 9 year old daughter and is now remarried. My question is that is the biological father not responsible for the daughter's living and education expenses? If he is, then till what age and how much?

Certainly, he is. Until she is self-dependant. Amount depends on the family status and other circumstances.
