Where is bar association office ? What is rcr ? Why/ who can file rcr ? Can my husband file rcr before complete one year of marriage?
After one month he forced me to leave the house. I left his house have not filed any police complain yet.
I'm living with my mother now. Not living with husband. Can i still file dv case? Have completed only seven month of marriage. Don't know where to find lawyer. I don't have money. His brother in law is a lawyer and his sister is also divorcee. He knows everything about divorce process. His brother in law is guiding him.
He wants me to file for divorce or mutual divorce. He is very clever. He will not pay ailmony. His mother and sister is abusive. he wants divorce but why not filing and not talking about mutual too. I need some guidance regarding divorce.
