Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am Baskaran, i got married to a girl 3 months before,
she hides her first marriage and divorce, now i want to divorce her, if i file a case for this?
if suppose i failed to prove this, then what will happen to my case? what do i need to in that case?
Please advise me sir, (before filing a case i want clarify my doubts sir)

in case she was already married and did not get divorced before marrying you, your marriage could be declared null and void.
