I want to ask it on behalf of my sister. Her husband is jobless but he gets rental income around Pak Rs 185,000 from one of his owned house in, what will be the amount of maintenance for 3 kids, 1 is school going monthly fee is about 16000/month and two kids of age 1.5 and 3 years. Also, 7-year son is in custody of his father. Her Husband is a drug addicted person, he also tortured her very badly several times. in this case, as he is involved in regular drinking habits and taking several drugs like hash, charas etc, please confirm if she can get custody of her elder child or not?
