Can a biological child inherit property and assets of the biological father in future, if the child is in the custody of the mother who has been paid maintenance for the child by the biological child.
The ex wife has remarried another man who is single a year back.

Yes, he can claim. Maintenance is a different right. Its his/her property right to claim.

Yes, the child will inherit his father's property even if custody is with mother who has remarried. The second husband does not automatically become father of the child from first husband.
