Legal Question in Family Law in India
Hello I have been booked u/s 420, 406 in a marriage dispute case.
However the court have not been served me the summon in this case.
Up til now the other party giving their evidences.
So my questions is will court pass his judgement on the other party's arguments and issue a arrest warrant againt me, (if yes, should i seek anticipatory bail), or will court summon me and give me the chance to present/contest my case.
Thanks

You need to seek anticipatory bail if FIR has been registered or summoning order has been passed by the Court.
