Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello, Me and boy bay(3.9yrs old) get 3.5k per month as a maintenance allowance from my Husband. Now I am get a job near about 6 month ago. So, my husband filed a petition to court to dismiss the maintenance allowance. My next hearing date is 16th March 2017 on this above mentioned petition. So, Please suggest me a solution that is helpful for me and my baby as well. If, I disagree that right now I am jobless again as I am resigned from my job.
Note: My husband send a RTI to my office, office replied it as well and share him the actual salary of my i.e. 5k per month.
Please Sir , help me and suggest me a solution favorable for me and my baby.

Dear client the court that yr job is of temparory nature and salary is not sufficient for u and yr baby. So u need maintenance
