Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Breaching of uk court order is a criminal offence. Mother has committed this crime. Can Pakistan court accept that this is crime in Pakistan as well?

Is this criminal offence sufficient to gain custody by father against the Mother?

breaching court order is disobedience which will be dealt as per mandate and jurisdiction of court that passed the order,. i don't think it is an offense in Pakistan's territory..

it is offence but that is power and discretion of the court which passed the order if said court make reference for this respect

however, it would be proper to file cosutdy petition in pakistan and present this obedience/breach as an evidence
