Legal Question in Family Law in India

My Brother wants to divorce his wife. He left him mid of 2012 and have never returned back since then. There has been no communication since then. Last they stayed together in Bangalore as a couple. Since then she is staying either in Jaipur or New Delhi. Last we heard she is working in New Delhi, prior to that she has been staying with her parents. My brother have now shifter to Hyderabad. We wanted to know from where (under which jurisdiction) can my brother file for divorce? we have been advised Banagalore (coz they stayed last as couple) and Hyderabad ( as that is where my brother stays). Also, few more facts , for your info : 1. They got married in a small town of Rajasthan in 2010 June. 2. they stayed together in Chandigarh (only for couple of months) & Banagalore 3. She file 498A against our family in July 2014 that is exactly after 2 years of leaving my brother.
