Legal Question in Family Law in India

My Brother got married one and a half year back, its was a love cum arrange marriage. Lately my brother and sister in law had a martial discord because of one of r relative. Almost 2 months back they had a major fight and sister in law left his home and went to parents place. My brother once got her back home somehow but things were not normal. Again they had a fight and she left home. This time she sent police to his home with false allegations of her being beaten by her husband, she also has filed a complaint in Delhi women's cell and my brother has got a notice from women cell. Sir i wud like to know that can any women cell send a notice apart from indian court. Please give us some suggestion and help.

Dear Sir

Yes the CW cell can send the notices but they can not register an FIR and can only recommend to register the FIR in the concerned Police Station. I further want to suggest that you should move to court asking for grant of time in case the FIR may register against you for seeking Anticipatory Bail.
