Legal Question in Family Law in India

hi my brother got married as per islamic laws, mehar mentioned in nikahnama was 25 grams gold. my brother's ex wife never allowed to consummate the marriage. from first month of marriage she told him that she got married as he is a govt employee. she has filed false 498a and dvc case . my brother divorced her after 498a. she is demanding mehar, iddat as wellas alimony . she has not stayed with us for more than three months. she is well educated. my question is how can she claim amount as per islamic laws and other divorce laws.

She is entitled to return of her gold, mehar and other benefits as per 1986 Act.
