Legal Question in Family Law in India
my brother got married on 25th may 2013 we are hindu namdeoshimpi and they are hindu Agri,on 23rd june she tried to commit suicide eating rat killer..and on 20th of this month she went to her home for rakshabandhan,and since that day she is living there at her parents home,we went and conviened her to come back,but she says she dont want to come back forever.between these period she was staying happily with all of us,suddently dont know what happened,the mediator told she is having an affair with the local guy.She in this period came only thrice or four time closer(sex) to my brother.NOW we and they want to break this marriage without any legal issue by sitting mutual understandings,She is not pregnant,mediator says he will make them to give the expenditures that we made in the marriage back to us,but i need to make some legal bond paper so that in future they will not distrub us,pls let me know what exactly to do..YET the marriage certificate and ration card changing is not been done.
