Legal Question in Family Law in
My brother get merried on 27th nov 2009. today he is forcing me to write sharing in all assets of father and mother equally. otherwise my marriage will broken . so can i write this matter on stamp ?
if i wrote what action he could take in future on me ?

what exactly it means. what document he wants you to write. does he want you to relinquish your share. how would your marriage be broken if you do not write that. you may seek help of your elders in this matter and in case he threatens, you may sue him.
