Legal Question in Family Law in India

My Brothers wife has file a complaint against us that we are mentally harnessing her.
The fact are as bellow
1. She[brothers wife] is mentally not well, recently recovered from pregnancy.
2. she believes that we are superstitious and she is depressed because of us.
3. She was currently at her parents home, my brother went there and tried to force her to come with him
4. I am not leaving with my brother I have my own family and I have just talked on phone with her to understand the situation and try to console her not went there and not done anything.
And she had added my name with my brother and other 5 members, what should I do in this case. This is mentally harnessing and reputation of my family is also at risk.
Can I sue her for Claim against loss of prestige or defamation.
I also want to file a case against her brother for mentally harnessing me.
Can I do that please give me some advice thanks you in advance...

what is the case that she has filed against you?? in DV act she cannot make you a party if you are not residing in the shared household. Pregnancy is not a disease that makes a person mentally unwell. Filing cases against each other at this stage wont help. It would be better if the parties went for mediation. That would be possible if there is any litigation pending in the court. For further query contact 9312411481.

First approach the police where they will call you and clear your picture before police/ women cell and still they harass you then you may file any case.
