Legal Question in Family Law in India
My brothers wife who filed a case of domestic violence and later for maintenance ,get an order for maximum amount for maintenance does not agree to settle the matter in any way.Wife filed the case after 8 months of marriage.My brother has filed a suit for re institution of wife in consumer right, but failed to get any advantage. Total period of marriage is two years passed.
Can you please help me to solve the problem in right way.Thank you.
