My brother's wife left him without intimating him. Some information has been given to him that she is sending some notice. Now my question is what is that notice and what will its consequences

notice may be of 498a and cruelty etc.

Ask your brother to file section 9 HMA case immediately before accepting any notice. else he will be in big trouble.
