Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi buddy I am from India I love a married women who is from Nepal ..I want to tel u that her marrege took place in Nepal in 2012(Indian time) but before that she was living in India and she loves me that time but because of some cecumtanses she got married in Nepal with a Nepali boy .In 2012 September she came to India while that time she was pregnenet too now she has male child and the reason for leaving her husband was that her was not good and supportive in any since and her mother in law and whole family members used to tortured her every time so she came to India.then she again cama in contact with me in in2012december when she was pregenent I still love her that time too and till today now plzzz tel what is the procedure to marry with her I also want to keep her 4year child with me ....

1) U cannot marry a married woman which is adultery unless she divorces.

2) This type of relation will land u in many more problems.
